    well.. here I am :)

Well.. here I am too.. I need to lose about 150 pounds.. when I started 20 days ago, I was 360 pounds, and on day 18 of my induction I had to buy new trousers or everybody else would have the laugh of their time.. it is not easy to walk and try to keep your trousers up..
Just for stats, I am 6 ft tall (quite ok for a greek guy), so I guess I wanna get to 210 to 200 pounds..
I refuse to weigh myself.. I decided to get on the scale the day I will be 3 sizes less than my starting size.. and my goal is to get at that point sometime just before Easter time..and I am already one size down

It sounds as if you have a great positive attitude

Hooray for having to buy smaller trousers already

    Keep up the good work!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

          Re: well.. here I am

Hello to all! Just got from my little day trip. Yes, I plan to be a regular in this forum.. Usually I keep a positive attitude, and I hate to get myself in the situation where I would be watching the scale pointer goin up or down... I think, clothes getting baggier is a good indicator, and my scale comes second

                Re: well.. here I am

You are doing great! Baggy clothes are much better than a number on a scale. Scales lie, but trousers falling off tells the truth.
