Hi Scribbler! I know what you mean with the weather. It was nice and sunny here yesterday and now it looks like it might start to rain soon, it's cold and windy.

I'm so happy to say that I am officially 20 pounds down since I restarted this WOE and I am so excited about it! I lost 4 pounds this week alone and although it might be due to being sick for most of the week, I'm still happy about the loss!

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

We are having some bad weather here too. I've been to Athens, only it was summer and the weather was wonderful. I love the history and the olive orchards were awesome!

I hope you have a great weekend too!

Happy Saturday, CCers! I'm about to head out to the gym. I need to get in my last chunk of minutes to meet my goal for the January Strength Challenge and the January Abs Challenge.

The weather is pretty mild here. I think it's around 30F which we haven't had for awhile. I can't wait for Spring !

Chick, not-brownies? What rung are they legal on? Can you provide the recipe?

          Enjoy the day!

            Re: Saturday 31/01/09

LOL. Not-brownies is my very own invention....making lemon out of lemonade!
I made a batch of brownies.... 3 ounces carbquik, 1 ounce poly dextrose, 1 1/4 oz cocoa, 2 ounces sugar free chocolate, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 2 ounces walnuts, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup sweetener (I use a mix) 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 ounce Splenda caramel syrup.
Wellllllll. It came out drier than the Sarhara! So, I crumbled it all up, added 4 ounces of chunky all natural peanut butter and 3 ounces of Jok n Als raspberry preserves. Mixed well, and rolled into little balls of yummmy!! 22 balls, 83 calories each, 2.4 g net carbs
I'd wait to the nut rung to eat them. i realize carbquik has wheat, but by the time they are done modifying it, you'd never recognize it as such.
