Hi everyone, I'm at work already. Feeling a bit under the weather. Suffering from a stomach bug but still happily sticking to Atkins.

Morning all, I'm getting the kids ready for school. I weighed already this morning. I don't want to change my ticker yet though. I'm just getting back on atkins and my water weight is moving around everywhere. If I eat a nice salty burger, it will all come back again. I weigh too much, but when I don't, I eat more.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
Good morning. Already got my run on the treadmill in and ate a clean breakfast. Exercise first is the key for me, because I usually don't want to waste the effort with a sorry diet.
Hi guys... Had an alternately busy, and slothful last few days. Have been on plan, even though you haven't heard from me for a few... doing my 6wec when I've either had time or felt ok. Been having a stomach bug, off and on for a couple weeks now, bad last night and tom is here too, (TMI) and feel rotten. was supposed to groom some bichons todays, but cancelled and am gonna curl up with a movie and my dachshunds. not even bothering to weigh myself, because it won't be true right now. oh, and the possibility of a move to New Hampshire is even greater! I like those cape and colonial style houses.
