    Morning everyone
    Well, it seems I was lucky since I feel great today. I think the overdose of Vitamin C, and my daily multivitamin pill, kept me clean of cold.. although I had a fever during the night and I couldn't get to sleep properly...
    Oh well..

    After having a bad yesterday, and the scales telling it, I feel ready to give it another go around. I lost most of it back when I weighed this morning but I'm afraid to move my ticker back just yet. Next thing I plan on indulging in is the legal chocolate mousse. I found some country style ribs in the freezer so dinner will be good! I had completely forgotten I could and should take some fiber sometimes. Now where did I put that??? Have a really good day everyone!



    My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

    1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
    2nd mini goal: 140!
    3rd mini goal:135!
    4th mini goal: 130!

    I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                    Whooohooo is right! I'm so PROUD of you girl! What an accomplishment.

                    Good morning everyone
                    I'm headed down the mountain to get groceries.
                    I've been a little MIA here the last couple of days. The weather had been so nice. 75 degrees day before yesterday and 65 yesterday. Now it's raining. Sure was nice while it lasted. I found some violas blooming in one of my flower beds. Spring is right around the corner. At least it is here.
