    Hi all I can't wait for the weekend. I do have to work, but it's supposed to be in the high 40's!!! Heatwave! Just got home from delivering and it was -3F Brrrrrrrrr. Like I keep saying, too bad freezing your asse off doesn't really work!





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

      Morning, I got under 170, not by much but I'll take it. I lost an external harddrive full of files. So I might just focus on me loosing weight for awhile instead of file collecting.



      My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

      1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
      2nd mini goal: 140!
      3rd mini goal:135!
      4th mini goal: 130!

      I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

        Nicely done Rita! sorry to hear for your harddrive failure.. Just try to keep copies of your important files on DVDs.. I think all hard drives are destined to fail..at a point where we thought we were safe..

          Congrats, Rita. BTW, you can also check out online storage like Dropbox and Moxy backup services. I use both actually. Hang in there. I survived a major test yesterday. Went to an event where cocktails were served. All the food served were carbs. Even the fried chicken had a bit of flour. I just nursed a glass or two of water the whole evening!

            OH! You survived it Lifechange! AWESOME! My sister had me make a Stouffer's Chicken Lasagna last night, I haven't touched the thing. Those things did more to make me gain 10lbs than anything. I checked out Moxy. Then I realized I'm on a dish and have many GBs. My ISP would never let me transfer the data back and forth. I get about 12GB per month download and much smaller upload. If ever I can get DSL, I'd definately do it!

              Good afternoon, everyone ! I have the day off. I've been working on a cake for one of my nephews' 5th birthday. I'm making a Kirby cake (like this one) except I'm going to frost it with buttercream rather than fondant. I'm also making a dozen cupcakes - each one will be topped with a fondant Kirby figurine. So far, so good. BTW - I'm not even tempted to lick my fingers when making these sweet treats!
