Good morning!! Down THREE pounds and couldn't be more delighted! Well, I "could" be but we won't ask for a 10 pound loss overnight!! YAY! Seven pounds until ONEderland!!
Scales went up. I wasn't even that bad. I think its got to be water and waste.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight. 2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day. Current weight – 234 lbs.

My family has decided I am thin enough. They keep trying to feed me. I had the equivalent of 2 protein shakes, a medium sized steak(a little A1 probablably shouldn't have), a taste of eggroll. The bad thing was ex bough some cholocolate candy type stuff. He actually held it up and said, "Come on forget your diet for a day!" He denies it now but he did it. He finally said it was because its almost my birthday and chocolate makes me happy. I checked, it was 17 carbs a serving and I didn't have that much. So I probably hit 30 to 35 carbs all total that day. I sacraficed the green stuff. The next day I had a few peanuts. Very few. A SMALL steak no sauce. I can usually eat cheese/dairy and nuts okay, not much else though. Almonds I can have better than peanuts unless the peanuts are just boiled. I sneak a spoon of peanut butter sometimes. I don't exactly loose weight doing it though. Seriously I can hold water and hold water for a couple of weeks. Then suddenly loose 4 or 5 lbs, adverageing about 2lbs a week. Salty foods make me go up even if they are Atkins friendly too.
