    Forgot the protein shakes I had the second day. Those are just a given. The shakes total 440 calories and 100gms of protein. But I figure it'll take me awhile to get back under 170 and stay there. My water goes up and down two or three lbs just during the course of the day, add a lot of salt, add 3 or 4 lbs and watch it come back off over the next couple of days. Going to see my ex on the weekend takes a couple of days to recover from. The water weight going up and down makes it impossible to tell what's going on until a couple of weeks go by and I'm hitting lower on adverage.



    My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

    1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
    2nd mini goal: 140!
    3rd mini goal:135!
    4th mini goal: 130!

    I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

      Are you measuring?





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

        Last time I measured I found out everything was a 14 but my waist which was a 16. Some 14's do fit, some are tight. I do have a pair of size 12's I put on and see how much over-hang there is. Heh. According to my clothes, I didn't loose much size wise on induction. It gets hard for me after I loose all that water on induction. The scales going back and forth and up and down. Its silly but the skinny pants keep me sane as I see myself working my way into them. If I watch my calories and eat right it will come off eventually.
