I've been sticking to the diet. I got some excercise today too. My dad's friend unloaded an unregistered Great Pyrenees on him. He turned her loose on the farm and me and kids helped him chase her down. I think he just wanted to watch me sweat as he kept releasing her repeatedly! His friend had a small yard and she could jump the fence so she's been on a chain too much. We guess she can guard dad's chickens. The yard dog is a bulldog hound mix, he disappeared when we turned her loose. I don't think she likes him. She's nice to the kids though.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
