Good afternoon. I ate some hamburger, I hope that's not whats stalling me. And I found my sister's chedder irresitable. My pants are almost fitting like they were before. And I've walked the dog. I was tired and sore today. She pulled me along though, lol.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
