    Nice...

I think the notes are a good idea - at least I know I will be starting with good ideas. Hitting upon the myths is good - Atkins may be steaks and bacon, but it is also water, salad vegetables, broccoli, fauxtatoes, and lots of time in the gym. As for it going wrong or being used negatively, well if they get Atkins Way of Eating, not a temporary fix, 165 pounds down in one year, and ADBB in there. Will it matter? Perhaps I am too optimistic or naive, but worrying about what might go wrong just wouldn't be me.

Plus when you have the gospel of the mock danish and Dawn's the Bomb Fauxtatoes, can the good news really be supressed.

Yep, I was on the news about a month and half ago (beginning of June) when I joined the Guard. It was probably 3-4 minutes long, and I am still getting people congratulating saying they saw me on me on the news. I talked to the reporter for about 45 minutes, but it ended up being more story of weight loss and return to the Guard rather than the magic of Atkins. Atkins was mentioned a couple times in the final showing, but not as many times as I mentioned it. Overall, it was a cool experience.
