    Morning everyone.. I still got a really bad fever.. my converter says it is 102.2 to 102.92 F... That is day 4 of my illness... My apettite is really suppressed and I have to force myself to eat. Good thing is that at least I drink plenty of water.

      Good morning. Ugh I have been using a program on my google page that keeps track of my daily food, exercise, and weight. Well, I decided last night to put all my info into fitday...it says I been eating more carbs over at fitday! It is so hard to find accurate carb info. It hasn't been over much, just like 4-5 carbs on a few days. So I think I will stick to fitday.

        Sorry to hear about your high fever Sribbler. Hopefully you have some tylenol on board to help with the fever. Great to hear you're hydrating yourself with water. Hope you feel better soon. Snuggle up in a blanky and sweat that fever out.
        HI RYAN! Welcome to the CC! I read where you didn't throw yourself out of Ketosis. I agree with you, it's probably best that you get into the habit of preparing your meals yourself. Then you know exactly what you're eating.
        Hi Tutti, I believe fitday is a great choice for you to keep track of your carbs. I have a Atkins pocket carbrohydrate gram counter. It sure comes in handy at times as well. Also, don't forget to subtract the fiber from your carb equation.
        Hope everyone enjoys your Low Carb Thursday. I'm looking forward to tomorrows pampering of getting my hair cut and weaved.....finally. Not sure how much i'm cutting off. I'll let you know. I know Chick will want to know. Hi Chick!

          yes, and make sure you look for the net carbs because 20 total carbs in fitday might be anything from 0-20 net carbs.. there is a breakdown of the info on the bottom panel next to the pie chart
