! I feel about the same today as I did yesterday. If I'm sitting in one place it's not bad, but when I get up to move around I get some crazy pains in my upper abdomen. I'm not sure if the pain is from the incision, something inside, or both.

there are a few of us here who love our scales, no worries you're not alone!!!!
I'll let you know what I think about this one too.
- is once I hit a new low number on the scale that is my weight until I hit a new low number. My weight fluctuates every single day so I always keep the lowest number in the back of my head. As long as I'm following the plan, I know I've worked hard and earned that newest low number and claim that as my weight even if the scale is a little higher the next morning. I NEVER weigh myself unless it's first thing in the morning, in a T-shirt, after I go to the bathroom, and before I drink or eat anything. If the scale is a little higher (and again I'm staying on plan) I most likely didn't gain weight. I'm probably retaining water. For instance, after drinking one tall glass of water (16 oz) I will literally weigh 16 ounces more - 1 pound - on the scale. I didn't "gain" one pound by drinking the water. It's literally water weight.
