      Oh I never responded! I've been posting in the STAC section.

      I'm now on Day 4 and I'm 4.2 pounds down total. Yay for water weight loss, it really keeps you motivated at the beginning. Working on increasing my water intake as well.

      It's very inspiring to see that you reversed your Type 2. I'm not diabetic, but it runs rampant on both sides of my family. I do NOT want to even start down that road.

      I am hypothyroid too. And I know while that may be a challenge, it is definitely not insurmountable. Just requires a little more finesse. LOL
