    Was afraid to post this earlier because I was sure it would get a double post...waited an hour and a half and still no roll call so here it is folks. Happy low carbing today

    Morning, had a rough bad night, I cant belive i had chex party mix during lost lastnight. I am pumping myself full of water. I hope i didnt screw everything up. What can i eat at night during the favorite show (good thing there is only one) or movie night with the family.

      Hi all,
      although TOM is here, I'm having a good day. I reached my second mini-goal today. Down to 210 - haven't been here in over two years.

        Good morning everyone!!!!

        I hope everyone has a fabulous low carb day today.

        Ratucker5, sorry to hear you had a bad night lastnight. Just put it behind you and keep going...I know you can! As far as snacks go, there are lots of different kinds of things to choose. Celery with cream cheese, chicken wings, pickles, black olives, hard boiled eggs mixed up with mayo....etc just to name a few options....check out the recipe section on the main board and I'm pretty sure you'll get lots of great ideas!

        April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
        Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
        1st major goal met -----
        100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.

        2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
        Current weight – 222 lbs.
        Goal weight - 150 – 160

          Hi everyone and hope you are all having a good low carb day. It is afternoon here, and cold today (yesterday was sunny and warm and t-shirt weather.) This afternoon I have been woodstaining the fence and I've got three layers on! Brrrrrrrrrrh! Mind you - curried veg soup with smoked sausage went quite some way to warm me up! Must catch up on my water....

            Hello everyone! It's getting warmer here, which isn't great because it's also really humid. I forgot to weigh myself last night, which is probably for the best. I found the cutest lunch container thingie at Target the other day, and I used that to bring my protein + salad to work today. I take solace in accessorizing!

            Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
            Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!

              Good afternoon CC'ers. Yesterdays sun is gone and it's cold and cloudy today...blah! I am so wanting to jump on the scale but I promised myself only fridays. So I had my daughter hide it earlier, LOL. I could find it if I really want to, but out of sight out of mind. Have a great day

                Hey everyone. I am late posting this today and REALLY TIRED! After a long day teaching and too much time in the hot sun, I had to wait about an hour for the WalMart pharmacy to fill my thyroid presciption , so I ended up walking around the store during that time. Good excercise, I guess. Unfortunately, It seems every worker I encountered had a chip on her shoulder and I am left feeling somewhat deflated by the rudeness. I hope I can avoid another extended retail store experience for a long time. Oh well!
                I am going to put Whooshie pie in the oven in a few minutes and go rest a while.
