Morning CCers! Hope everyone has had a great weekend so far. Personally I'm doing great. One more week of school and then I am on spring break! Can't wait, though I do have a final and a presentation to get through between now and then. Anyways, can't wait for spring break because I get to go to Kansas City to see my best friend, so I am very excited. Was supposed to see them over Christmas while they were here in town but I had the flu so I couldn't see them 
Anyways, since I started losing again earlier in the week when I tweaked my intake a bit and got back on my exercise plan I've been consistently losing and though my weigh days are usually Saturday and Wednesday I just couldn't help and check the scale this morning..and I am finally back down to the lowest weight I was at! I am almost absolutely certain it was a combination of too much sodium in my diet and the lack of exercise.
