Mini Goal 3: 280 lbs; 127 kg reached 7/9/09
Mini Goal 4: 260 lbs; 118 kg
Mini Goal 5: 240 lbs; 109 kg
Mini Goal 6: 230 lbs; 105 kg NO LONGER OBESE!
Mini Goal 7: 220 lbs; 100 kg
Final Goal Weight: 195 lbs; 88 kg
I woke up the first time and weighed and had a low weight. Went back to bed and it got lower. I can't wait to move my ticker! I know I'll drink something and it won't stay there but I'm moving the ticker anyway.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
Pagliaccia I hope your cold is very short lived....stay bundled up and drink lots of water!!!

--------------------- Heaviest weight last year- 403 lbs. (2007) April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point) Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight. 2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day. Current weight – 219 lbs.
Goal weight - 150 – 160
I just committed to quitting smoking. So when I run out of tobacco, that's it. I hope I don't get all munchy. I've been saying when I got to goal weight I would but I kinda felt like was just stalling.

Mad respect for that, I know how insane it is to quit smoking. Believe me, there's no looking back once you're done. You'll wonder why you ever bothered starting in the first place.

I hope things are going well for you today. I am going to go to my son's first soccer practice later today in loose clothing. What a nice change.
Checking in last thing - nearly bed time here! Not a brilliant day for me today - in a nutshell: Car broke down, not enough water, ate some of my McDonald's bun (gulp) DIDN'T eat the McFlurry though!

I am trying to get into the groove of this forum, I guess I am checking in! Day 2 is going well and I got rave reviews about the low carb chicken I made for the family last night! It was called taco chicken and all I had to do was throw it all in a crock pot then shred the chicken. I ate it in a lettuce wrap, the hubby put in on a tortilla. The scale read -3 pounds which is always nice.
