    I'll let you know if I should ever not feel like eating. My problem has always been I always want to eat. I had surgery last Friday................the first thing I wanted when it was over was FOOD!

      cottage cheese... I'm not in induction now so I can have it legally! YAY! I lived off cottage cheese for a couple days while having terrible morning sickness.

          Usually if I am not very hungry I will roll a piece of sliced ham in a slice of cheese and eat that. Once I reached the nut rung of OWL, a handful of nuts was my snack of choice. HTH.

              Generally, each week I cook a turkey breast or a pork tenderloin or some sort of meat. I usually will cut some up and eat it with a small slice of cheese or a piece of celery with cream cheese.

                              it really depends on what texture I'm looking for that I know will satisfy me. Some times it is nothing more then a big bowl of Atkins legal vegie soup or an ounce of almonds. other times it was all I can do to force myself to eat anything on induction or OWL and I had to go cal and nutrient dense so i'd fix a nutbutter flax cracker or a pepper stip with double mayo egg salad on board.

                              remember Dr Atkins said to have some fat with some carbs when you arent hungry and the 6 hr loimit is near.
