  • Over a hundred to go.

    Went to a cousins wedding today...she's always been one of those girls you envy. The kind that can eat only junk and stay tiny. Seen an old boyfriend there, I wish I could have shown him what he loss. Maybe next time after all my cousin goes threw men like I use to go through food. Hoping just by posting my thoughts I can stay on track this time.

    It can be done and I know exactly how hopeless it can feel when you look at the number of pounds you want to lose and it feels like it can't be done. That is why Century Club is here. I promise you that if you stay close to this board and read DANDR 2002, learn the Rules of Induction and know the lists of Acceptable Foods, you can do this.

    When I look at my weight when I began Atkins and look at it now, it is incredible how the results have changed my health and my activity level and everything about me. It can be done!!

      Hi Annie -- welcome to ADBB - this is a great place to come for support and friendship during your journey to the thinside. If you don't have the DANDR book please get it and read it...follow the rules of induction and only eat the foods we are permited during induction. Also, don't forget to drink at least 64oz of water everyday and keep moving....check out the challenge section and find a few to do.

      Good luck on your journey! Stay strong and you'll be at your goal before long

        Annie, hows it going? Why not stop on at the daily roll calls and stay in touch every day?





        290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
