Well, yesterday I was trying to get back on the diet. Walmart couldn't do Rotisserie Chicken because the warmer was down and out. So I got hotwings. Then I was all bloated last night. I looked it up and found out they have corn syrup on them! I smoked way too much last night. And its time for a nice big, spring cleaning around here.
Hopfully the kids will survive April Fools! They always come home with funny stories.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
Happy April Fools Day all! Today I get to pack for my trip and do lots of laundry! As Rita mentioned might as well throw some Spring cleaning in there as well. Get it all out of the way now why not! This morning I was going to try something new for breakfast, those pancakes from Linda's Low Carb site, but I am not much of a cook and I got frustrated after about 5 minutes of trying to figure how to whip egg whites til they have peaks and getting the cream cheese and yolks to blend nicely...so instead I just had the same old bacon and eggs (which I can never ever get sick of!)
Planning on getting a bike ride and some laundry in, as well as my weigh day, then grab some lunch and more laundry. Not all that exciting, but I don't mind that at all! Happy low carbing today!

April 1st has been a glorious sunny day here... haven't seen much of it as I've been updating my DH's CV and trawling through the job pages with him - but it looks lovely through the window!
Off to cook cheeseburger, salad and fried peppers soon. Need to catch up on a few glasses of H2O.
Woo hooo! I really hope this isn't an April Fools Day trick from my scale...cause if it is I will kill it! Wednesday and Saturday are my weigh days, and for the past few weeks my weight has been bouncing around (as some of you know), but never getting down to that elusive 295 I saw almost half a month ago. Well...today I am down to 293.2 (I hate using that decimal because I want to round to the nearest whole number!!!) That means that since last Wednesday I've lost 4.8 lbs, and since my last Saturday weigh in I've lost 2.8 lbs! That is so exciting!!! It is nice to finally see the numbers move down again! As I will be out of town this weekend I won't be weighing myself on Saturday, so we will see what the scale says next week. With it being a vacation for me I'll be happy to just maintain, but I feel very in reach of my next mini goal!!! I'm so happy!!!

Yea those hotwings can be a bummer with all that extra junk added. I hate making them so I found that Papa Johns makes them with no sauce at all or added no no's, just some nice spice on the outside. I am too afraid to even buy a regular rotisserie chicken from my grocery store deli because they pump it up with to much stuff. Have fun with your spring cleaning...I have been doing mine in mini installments lol
