    Good morning Chicklady and the rest of the CC'ers to come. I weighed in this morning after the "Weigh? No Way!" challenge and I lost 3.2 this past week
    I'm headed off to work now blahhhh. I'd rather be home doing my laundry and dishes today lol.

      Great losses Tutti! You are doing Awesome! Have a great day at work!
      It's supose to be a nice sunny day. In the 70's in some places. Hope that place is here. LOL. It snowed off and on yesterday. It's definately a "out with a lion, in like a lamb" kinda spring this year.

        Good Morning

        Checking in so after a carb free induction I'm gonna kind of do a /redo for 2 weeks because I have not lost much weight and I did break some rules that probably kept me from losing

        1. I was not eating every 4 hours, and not eating enough
        2. First 10 days I was not drinking enough watr
        3. I had Aspartame in my coffee for the first 14 days
        4. I did not eat enough veggies or take any fiber supps, and so u know what happens

        I've corrected all of the above and gonna focus on doing it right, and learning how to plan and prepare better for the LONG RUN

        I WILL NOT go off this again, I'm tired of being over 300 lbs , I'm tired of feeling embarrassed to eat in front of people because no matter how little I put on my plate they look at me in disgust, I'm tired of being tired ! , I'm tired of fearing for my heart health , I'm tired of not being able to wear clothes I like, I'm tired of trying to find XXXL clothes and size 48 waist pants, I'm tired of getting out of breath walking up stairs, I'm tired of the way I look when I catch a glimpse of a photo of myself , I'm tired of avoiding photos ... and on and on

        No more for me .. gonna do it right this time !!

        I've also started a blog in my signature, to help me track day to day

        Sorry for the vent .. I just needed to get it out somewhere

        Goal 1 - Clean Induction (14 Days) DONE
        Goal 2 - Get Under 300 Lbs - Goal Met April 14, 2009
        Goal 3 - 290

        Blood Pressure at start averaged 140/85 borderline Hypertension. Blood Pressure 18 days into plan has changed to 120/78 !!! Measured April 5, 2009

              Vent away IP! It's good for the soul.
              If you would like another place to vent, starting a journal at Journal Chats is a great place as well. Plus we can all visit you there too. Just a suggestion.
              Keep with it, all those things you're tired of, will be a distant memory. You'll one day be enjoying all the things you mentioned above and not tired of them any more because they will no longer exsist.
