    Good morning all

    I'm so close to my first mini goal so gotta keep on focusing

    Todays weight was 301.2 not the dramatic loss that some get when they start atkins but I'm averaging over a pound per week. And my energy is going up I can feel it.

    I am pretty sure I'll be hitting the gym soon, I'd do it sooner but the weakness and exhuastion from my previous life style has not left me yet. It's a big deal that I don't want to sleep all the time versus 3 weeks ago when that's all i wanted to do.

        Morning all! Ever so close to my next mini-goal. Weighed myself this morning and I was 290.4. Part of me really wants to mark my mini-goal of 290 as met, but I told myself that any decimal but 0 doesn't count towards goals (except final goal). So maybe next week, we'll see! Wishing you all a great low carb day!

            Good afternoon all! Rainy and dreary today so I'm not doing the outside walk today but walked up and down four flights of stairs eight times and then did some weights. I have an outside event later in the day and whatever else, I know there will be an abudance of seafood, so I'm all set.

              Good day CC'ers. Woke up still in pain from gout. Not looking foward to working and being on my feet for 5 1/2 hrs of pain I'm hoping it will be close to gone on friday or I may not weigh-in. I think my foot has gained a pound lol.

              Ryan~*you will for sure meet your next mini goal on your next weigh in. WTG

              ipedregon~*you can do it! you will be there at that mini goal before you know it. Isn't it great that you are starting to get that energy?!

                Time has just ran away with me these last few days - so a quick 'Hi' to you all and will try to update my journal quickly before DH needs the computer. That might have to be it for today!

                Ryan - that 0.4 pounds will soon join those others you've lost.

                Tutti - hope your foot hasn't been too painful today, and the gout goes soon.

                Ipedregon - good to hear you are feeling so much better, as well as shedding the pounds.

                  Hey CC crew! Sorry for not checking in yesterday - insane day at work plus fun time paying a mechanic to fix my car.

                  I made a brisket off of Linda's site and it was incredible! Hubs actually said it tasted better than any he's ever had (and I thought it wasn't too shabby either)! It's really fun to test out new recipes. I haven't weighed yet since Saturday, but I think I might today.

                    Helloooooo everyone!!!!

                    Today is my first official day off from work....we're just about all packed up and ready to go. I'm bringing along a couple sets of hand weights, my workout mat, tennis racket (I LOVE tennis...haven't played in SOOOOOO long, I have a beautiful new racket just ready to break in...I'm stoked!!!) & my 10 pin bowling ball...yes, that's right...my bowling ball LOL!!!!

                    I'm going to try my hand at jogging while we're gone, should be interesting! At least I'll have 8 days to recover if I strain something! Sadly I feel as though I'm coming down with something...I haven't been sick at all this past winter....hopefully it's just because I was up late packing and getting things ready the last few days.

                    Hubby is packing up our car as I type this and I was thinking of everyone here and wanted to pop in and say hello and wish all of you a great low carb week.

                    As mentioned yesterday, we are taking our lap top so I will try to pop on as much as possible and say hello!

                    Keep up the great work everyone, we're all in this together!!!

                    Keep drinking lots of water and fit some form of exercise into your day.

                        Thanks so much Sherri!!!!! I'm soooo looking forward to getting away for a bit.

                        You like my extra luggage do you?!?! LOL!!!! I am not a light packer let me tell you!!! You should have seen the look on my husband's face this afternoon while he was loading the car....he came in and said "Is there any chance you can leave just one set of your hand weights at home?" ...."Nope, not a chance I told him...it's non negotiable!!!". LOL!!!

                        Hey, thanks for noticing my weight loss! It's still coming thankfully. I thought I was going into a mini stall two weeks ago but thankfully that wasn't the case.

                        Hoping to get into the 100's by the end of April or mid May....here's hoping!

                        Congratulations on your weight loss success as well, you're just motoring along woman....well done! You're always a great inspiration to us all here...you're a great example. I also noticed you've been putting glider time in, well done...I'm proud of you! I continue to do mine 6 x days a week...I just didn't sign up for the last glider challenge but I can assure you I'm still truckin' away on it.

                        I hope you have a fabulous week my dear lady....btw I miss our pm's! Sorry I haven't popped in to say hi but I do think of you often and hope all is going well.

                          Hi Everyone! I am late posting tonight. I have been so busy this week!! I am not losing weight and I am feeling sorry for myself. I know this sometimes happens, but tonight I went to a social event and I was the largest woman there. I am just so tired of feeling embarrassed of myself. I am also trying not to go into some self-focused mood swing, and stay positive. I have had to eat out a few times this weekend and week. I am wondering if I have been eating sugar or carbs without knowing it. I just got back from the grocery store and have a variety of Atkins appropriate foods in my kitchen, so maybe I will see more results soon! I sure hope so!!!
