    Good morning Ryan hope you and all who follow are well. Busy day today.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

        Morning everyone. We have SNOW here this morning! (OK, its melting when it hits the ground, but still!)
        Did 20 minutes on the new stationary bike yesterday...I think I'll try to it 4or5 times a week & add 5 minutes every week. I like cycling, but dodging the potholes & cars is more than I can handle! The new bike is so quiet I can watch TV without even turning up the sound...the old one...well, I suspect the neighbours could hear it!

          Good Morning All Good News

          296.4 Today =) so I had another couple of pounds shaved off from last week

          I can tell you I feel so great compared to pre-Atkins

          I think my next mini goal will be 290 so I'm off to set it in my signature

            Hello CC'ers,

            Keetje signing in from a sunny London. Rode into the office today on my bike so am feeling quite virtuous - it's only 4 miles but with a couple of nasty old hills it gives me a bit of a workout.

            Still staying clean, even managed to cook my lunch in the office kitchen today - a first!

              Goodmorning everyone. Its goin to be another beautiful sunny day here in the Willamette Valley. Suppose to get in the low 80's yay. I am off today so its going to be great. Looking foward to going for a nice long walk today.

                April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
                Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
                1st major goal met -----
                100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.

                2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
                Current weight – 209 lbs.
                Goal weight - 150 – 160

                  Hey everyone, now that the weather's getting warmer I really have to kick it in gear to fit into the cute non-winter clothing I've got collecting dust in my closet. Everybody have a great day!

                    Beautiful Monday here... off to rake the yard and do a few things before the sun goes down.

                    Forgot to boast my happiness... I finally made it down 20 pounds! I set up a small set of rewards when I started this, and going brunette was the 'reward' for losing 20 pounds.

                    My colorist didn't quite understand my excitement - but I've been blonde my whole life... so going brunette was a big deal.

                    Anyway... it was more than having my hair done... it was the fact that when I set the mini goal of changing my hair after losing 20 pounds... well, I didn't ever expect it to happen. I'm in awe!

                    I'm blessed! Congratulations to everyone for their exercise and weight loss, you all are so inspirational.
