    Saturday 25th April CC Roll Call

    Wishing a very good day to the Century Club,

    It's Saturday and the weather here has finally broken, it's back to the more usual UK sunny intervals, wind and showers.

    Got up very late, so had a HUGE fry-up for breakfast/lunch. Now off to the supermarket to look for coconut oil.

      Hi everybody.

      I survived the Japanese restaurant relatively intact... just a small amount of rice consumed with some sushi. I prepared by keeping my carbs pretty low for breakfast and lunch.

      Anyway, today is looking like it's going to be a good one.
