Hi all,
Well, i am back on Atkins. A few years ago I had a good stint and then i decided to fall back into old ways. A story i am sure many people are familiar and have probably traveled themselves. Its frustrating because i know what to do and how to do it, and i know it works, but i keep making excuses. But enough is enough. This time i have no event or anything to push me towards losing weight -- i never really succeeded when i used same anyway, so i am simply going to have a goal, to get through each day until such time i have the mindset of lifestyle.
So here i am -- 100 lbs as weight loss goal ultimately i think it will be more of 110 or 115. I have had all my tests done and everything is borderline on the high side, i am 8 points away from being a diabetic. And i don't like how i feel or how i look or anything. So what better reason to make a change eh? Come back to what i know works for me, and get dedicated.
My biggest vice is diet coke -- its my stress food so to speak -- especially at work, I look forward to getting to know you all.
I am trying not to look at the big picture but instead trying to simply get through each day successfully.
