    Okay call me crazy but I am pretty sure I didnt see a roll call started yet. If so sorry and I will delete this lol.

    Well anyway Good morning CC'ers! Hope you all are starting off your May Day wonderfully! It's nice and sunny here in the Willamette Valley and I am looking forward to a short shift at work today. Have a fantastic low carb day!!!

    ***Oh forgot to add that I finally lost my weekend splurge gain and back to where I was when I reached my first 10% goal. thank goodness. Never again will I do that...my legs were so swollen from the water retention and I had the most horrible headache from those carbs***

      Happy May Day everyone,

      Late signing in again as work has been particularly tiring this week, taking up most of my mental efforts.

      Staying clean and sticking with things - got a weigh in on Monday to check progress. Whatever the scale says, I certainly feel trimmer, with bags more energy.

      Have a happy low-carbing mayday.

        Good morning/afternoon, Tutti, Julie, Keetji and everyone checking in.
        Happy May Day! Any new goals set for the month of May? Weightloss, inches, exercise goals?
        I would like to get 10 pounds off this month and about 6 inches. As far as exercise......walking and hiking at least 5 days a week.
        Anybody else with goals for the month?

            Yes Keetji, set those goals.
            For the last 5 years and at the first of each month, I weigh, measure and set new goals for the month. It's exciting to see how far I have come when the next month begins.
            I'm praying that this is the month that starts me back to goal.
            So far, so good.

              Checking in really late (at least for me) today! Meant to check in before I left this morning but was running a bit late, and therefore had to forgo checking in. So glad the weekend is here, and a new month!

              Sherri, my goal is also to lose at least 10 lbs for the month and to get back into my bicycling routine that I had down. I've been so flaky with it lately, partly because I have been super busy but also partly out of laze. Time to kick it back into gear!

              It's been about 2 months and a week since I started Atkins and I am FINALLY starting to be able to see the results in the rest of my body, not just my face (aka my man boobs and my waist). It is so nice to get compliments from people about how great you look, but at the same time it is so frustrating to not be able to see what the **** they are talking about!

                  Those are great goals Ryan!
                  Yes, when the compliments start rolling in, it sure is a boost.
                  Time to take off the fat goggles and start seeing what others are seeing.

                    I guess my goal is just to stick to it and lose as much weight as possible....and then buy something that actually fits instead of something 4 sizes too big.

                      Ok, my goals for May are to lose 10 lbs and to get back into my Walk Away the Pounds routine...at least 4 days a week oh and to have a totally cheat free May!!!
