  • NEWBIE HERE

    Hi, everyone!

My name's Jennifer, I'm 31, divorced with no kids, and I'm from Arkansas. Right now, I'm at around 244 lbs, and I'm planning on getting down to around 135. I'm doing induction for the long-term and I am really desperately needing people to help motivate and support me. :help ( I have no support system here). So, if anyone's interested, please email me at : bankbaybe@yahoo.com ; or just send me a message on Yahoo Messenger.. nickname Bankbaybe. I'll be checking in here almost daily to see all of the new comments on the board. I'm really glad to be here!!!
    :joy

    Thanks, again
    Jennifer

Welcome to the best Atkins support group around. The collective experience and wisdom amongst the Mods and Administrators (and lots of others) here is amazing - not to mention their sense of humour and the 'tough love' they give when necessary.

You've come to the right place for help!

Hi there sweetie! This board is my support system too! Studies show that when a woman enlists a support system to lose weight, she is much more likely to do so!
