      Good day all , kept it clean the past 2 days after my binge over the weekend

      Blood Pressure at start averaged 140/85 borderline Hypertension. Blood Pressure 18 days into plan has changed to 120/78 !!! Measured April 5, 2009

        Good morning everyone! I forgot to check in yesterday...oops. I had the past 2 days off and DD and I have been having fun spending time together. I asked her to sculpt with me yesterday [fimo and sculpey clay] and I think I got her hooked We had a blast and what a way to spend quality time together without having to go out and spend money

          Just checking in. Back from my usual noon walk. It's a long week-end coming up & the first trip out to the lake (usually we'd be out first week-end in May, but it's been really cold!) Putting together some ideas for meals - I don't know how I'd survive BBQ season on any other plan - this is PERFECT .

          Anyway - have a great low-carb day everyone

              Hello Century Clubbers,

              Keetje signing in just before bed. Had some computer issues here...i.e. I tripped over a broadband cable and snapped it - thus putting husband's computer out of action! oops! Spent most of the evening running up and down the stairs putting things right.

              Welcome to John! I read your posting about morbid obesity - you certainly seem to have got all the right things in mind. Before you know it we will be celebrating your first 20 pounds off and then your first 30....and on and on...best of luck!

              Good day foodwise, no straying from the straight and narrow. Managed to get a few more veg in as well.
