I can't be your Extended Induction role model anymore as I am leaving and going to OWL.
I know a subject like should have been more posted yesterday, but I finally came to that conclusion after hitting 19 pounds to go this morning. I figured if I stayed on E.I. too much longer Not2late and 2big would start stringing me up by my toenails. The other encouragement I needed to start moving to OWL was that strawberries getting back in season. Strawberries and cream cheese is quite the snack and craving killer. I doubt my diet will be changing much except for the addition of a few new foods and the increasing of my carb intake over time. Other than the berries, I don't have much desire for grains, yogurts, certainly alcohol, or cottage cheese.

ROFL okay move to OWL and climb those ladders so you can be a successful life long loser. I don't think your foundation needs any more strenght, Now comes the careful choising of those timbers (foods) that will be framing your house of Atkins. Choose carfully and wisely so your house doesn't fall down when you arrive at goal. Happy low carbing.by the book atkinseer

Ha, Ha. I got worried there that one of my ADBB heroes was suddenly giving up altogether! Silly me - as if you would!
Only 19 pounds to go. That's absolutely fantastic news Kent and well deserved. The smile on your latest pic always lifts my day.
