    Hey everyone, well I am here because I need to release 160 lbs. I would love to do it before my 40th birthday which is in a year. However, I have read a few great posts since becoming a member here a few days ago. One, to not believe my scale. Secondly, believe in inches lost. I have to get those measurements in. Thirdly, to understand my body. If there is a stall it does not mean I am not losing, again check the inches lost. I plan on being on induction for a looooong time so I am here to FINALLY get my lifestyle back. Ten years ago, I lost over 50 lbs on Atkins, and did not follow instructions in doing OWL or maintenance. I was 177 lbs at the time. Now, as you can see, I have a lot of work to do to get back into the "ones". I look forward to meeting with all of you!

    240 - University grad weight - Met July 29, 2009
    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

      Thank you so much. I have been struggling with weight gain issues for over 30 years, and today I feel totally different from any other time I have tried to lose weight. I truly feel confident that weight loss is eminent this time. That this time will finally be the last time there will be such a huge struggle. That I finally "get it". I hope and pray that I am right.
