Hey guys, Tom here, and I figured since I've been getting so much advice, maybe I'd throw a little your way~
I've been consuming a tablespoon of apple cider vinnegar directly from the bottle. Its scientifically proven to stimulate your metabolism and give it a nice kick in the rump!

I take the capsules in the morning when I remember, and now this has reminded me I need to make it a habit. I do have a bit of "tea" in the morning time when my stomach needs a bit of settling. It's just hot water poured over fresh lemon and mint, a few slices of ginger and a tiny bit of a cinnamon stick. I had a doctor tell me about a year ago that drinking a mug of that in the morning time would help my digestion and the cinnamon would help stabilize my blood sugar. I do notice my stomach calms right down. It may be a little bit of a mental game, too.
