  • Head hung in shame, coming back heavier

Lost my mind in November and just found it day before yesterday. So here I am again. I've gained back all the weight I lost last year. Now I'm back and a little less cocky. I'm disappointed but not surprised. I make no excuses.

So here it is - 232 lbs, BP 130/69 or something like that, and a challenge from my doctor to lose 2 lbs in 2 weeks. I know it's doable because I've done it.

So here I be - AGAIN
