Wow I finally made it to the board to check in late and nobody started roll call yet? It's 3 pm here...where is everyone, lol. But hey everybody...hope you are all having a fantastic low carb day. Finally back on the wagon with a stupid 5 lb gain but it's ok. I will have that off in no time. I am happy to report I still get my 120+ oz of water in a day.

Hey everyone, I've been MIA for a while, but I've still been low carbing...just haven't been doing all that I should do so I felt like a slacker. Anyway, I'm back and 110% focused...hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for a great low carb week.
