Good morning Niko and all CC'ers
All is well in my neck of the woods. I'm really proud of my daughter who is doing great with this woe as well. Our weigh-ins are on Sundays and she lost 7 pounds on her last weigh-in. The scale is moving back down for me as well. So the week is going great!
I've been working in my yard and garden and don't get much time here on the board during spring and summer. I do try to check in once a day though.
Looks like the weather will start warming up here. Just in time for the beginning of summer on Sunday, the longest day of the year.

Hi there all is well happy thursday to all its 4.47pm here in the uk kids back from school so i spared some time to log on whilst their watching tv.Diet going well but im going through a stall after i hit the 100lb mark im stuck there over a week now i hope i start losing again.

Things are going good here. Incredibly busy with this being the last week of school for the quarter and going on vacation next week...lots and lots to do before leaving! Was excited to lose 2.5 lbs this week. It's the first loss I've had in almost two months, so very pleased with that. Next week will be tough with eating right and being on vacation, but we'll see. I've got determination on my side!

Hello fellow CC'ers. Still tryin to hold on over here on my end. Trying to stay with a clean induction and tired of trying all these different allergy meds my doc has got me on...finally found the itchy skin/hive relief just from plain old benedryl, but it doesn't help the rest of the allergy symptoms. Only a month to go I keep telling myself.
Ryan, glad to hear you showed a loss! Have fun on your vacation...LUCKY
Sherri, that is awesome the scales are moving down for you and your daughter! My daughter wanted to do this with me, but she keeps changing her mind. She is 13 and stands to lose about 35-40 lbs. Any advice or tips? Didn't you mention that she eats from all rungs except a certain few?

Every thing is going well here too. I had a higher-than usual loss this week - 3.5 lbs! That was a nice boost
Its hot here now, starting to really feel like summer!

Boy have I missed logging in this week! Our modem died and tonight was the first chance I had to try to replace it while listening to step by step directions over the phone. What a pain!
I didn't realize how much I was using this board to keep me from straying until I didn't have it to read! I've had so many questions--thank goodness most of the info was in the book and I just had to reread the right sections. I haven't had much energy this week and can't decide if I'm coming down with something or not doing something right on the diet. I know for a fact that I don't eat enough veggies, but any time I each other veggies (besides salad) the Ketostrip goes very pale and I'm afraid of falling out of ketosis. Anyone else have this happen to them?
