    240 - University grad weight - Met July 29, 2009
    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

      Good day CC'ers. Sorry I have not been here again. I have been busy and also been a bit depressed. I can't wait to be done with these meds for my back. I have put on over 10 lbs already from them I am trying to keep a positive attitude knowing the weight gain is not from what I am eating but from the steroids in the meds. My back is starting to feel loads better though and I am happy about that. But like my DR said, after my back is better and I am back to losing, the more weight I lose the less pressure on my back and eventually I may never have to worry about my back again Yay that would be wonderful.
      Hope everyone has a fabulous low carb day!!!

        Hey Tutti - I'm glad to hear the back is feeling better - I'm looking forward to a lot less stress on my knees & feet...remember - it isn't a race, its about reaching goal and staying there. We're here for you.
