Yikes!, no roll call yet. Better kick off then.

Day three of climbing back on the wagon after holidays - feeling a bit Atkins 'fluey' and a bit washed out. This is usual for me. When will I learn to stop falling off the wagon so I don't have to go through these yukky symptoms.

Otherwise, all well - unbelievable weather here today, like monsoons.

Crazy day at work today...I can't believe I've just logged in here! Got my exercising done, about to make dinner...then the rest of the day is mine

Its July the 7th which for me means my birthday I turned 29 and im also celebrating a year on the atkins diet.
