      Drink lots of water, eat correctly and fit some form of exercise into your daily routine.

      Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
      April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
      Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
      1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
      2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
      3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
      4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
      Current weight – 186 lbs.
      Goal weight - 150 – 160

            Well managed to get rained out of work today. Don't mind an extra day off...but just means having to make up for the missing day the rewst of the week.

                Logged on tuesday.Was really ill have the swine flu felt like I was dying a very long and painful Monday.Im off plan till i recover.

                  Hope you feel better soon. Take good care of yourself.

                  As for me, last week was a stall but I dropped 3 lbs in the past couple of days, giving me a total 10 lbs since I got back on track a month ago. If only I had kept on track since the beginning of the year, I'd be further along. A good motivator to keep on track no matter what.

                  STAC Restart: 1/05/09
                  306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

                  Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
                  Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

                  Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
                  Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
                  Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
                  Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!
