    Wishing all of you a great Low Carb Thursday.
    Hope you're going into each day with a plan.
    It has been proven that if you keep a food diary and write everything down that you're eating, that not only will you lose the weight, but you'll keep it off as well.

    I'm not doing a diary...no time for that, but I am keeping close tabs on what does and does not work for me and avoiding the triggers. The weight's still falling off as long as I'm on the extended induction. When I move up to 1, it starts to creep back a bit. Not a problem, though, since I'm perfectly content with everything induction offers.

      Thanks for the tip Sherri - I've been wondering what maintenance will be like...I'll be SO dissapointed in myself should I slip back into old habits!

          Well, I've been off the plan for awhile got to move my ticker up as I've gained a little. I've been trying to stay about the same but not quite getting it right. I was getting a little weird with dieting and standing on the scales way too much and just needed a break. I'm not ready for another round induction just yet. But I had to stop in and see who was here!



          My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

          1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
          2nd mini goal: 140!
          3rd mini goal:135!
          4th mini goal: 130!

          I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

            What happened to my ticker? Its gone. I'm 165 pounds now. I better get back on track sooner than I thought, heh!
