Ok, so...I've been slackin lately, a lot. I've been following OWL rung 1 for a while and I've noticed that my weight loss is slowing down considerably. I'm thinking about going back on induction to try to lose some extra lbs. And one of my questions is, I didn't see in DANDR where Dr. Atkins touched on low carb products like tortillas and bread...do you know if those products are induction friendly or if they may be the culprate behind my slowed weight loss? Anyway, any info, suggestions or motivated you'd be able to give would be very much appreciated!
