Good morning everyone! I've been out trimming hedges before the rain storms hit (again). Being so early on a Sunday morning and not wanting to offend the neighbors with the electric hedge trimmer, I used the manual one (looks like big scissors). Wow, now that was a workout. I think the bushes look better that way though...more natural looking.
Off to cut a tree branch with a hand saw...then shower and time for church.
Well, Today is day seven on induction. I stuck to the foods. I overate a little though. I missed the diet and even some diet foods and meals a little too much. But so far I've still lost a little since starting back. I did plan out some meals and get the stuff for them. It didn't break the bank either. I'll feel better once all my salad stuff is cut up in little baggies, heh. Good to see everybody!
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

Wishing all the CC a wonderful Low Carb day. _______________________________________ Today was my weigh day. I lost 3.5 pounds, i'll take it, lol. The scale is now put back up. It certainly feels good to have my energy back and to be focused on accomplishing my goals. Looks as though I can close that chapter with my thyroid hindering my weight. And open a new chapter to goal once again. Goal is to be back to goal by the end of the year. I'm going to give it my best Atkins foot forward. Sherri
