    Good morning CC'ers
    Wow, where did this month go? It just whizzed by!
    Do you have new goals set for a new month?

    Hi Sherri and all to come!

    Well, I jumped on the scales today and I'm up 4 lbs....arrrrrggggg! It's probably just water weight but it's frustrating to me.

    I can't wait to see the end of this month...it's been a bit of a challenging one.

    I have changed up my workout routine a bit and will begin on Sunday with the new routine...still on the glider for 62 minutes a night (six days a week) but I'll be incorporating some other cardio in the mornings (six days a week) to see if I can shock my system a bit this month. The other exercises I do I will continue with as well. Should be interesting!

    Wishing everyone a wonderful low carb day today and this weekend.

    Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
    April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
    Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
    1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
    2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
    3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
    4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
    5th major goal met - My 1 yr. Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day
    Current weight – 183 lbs.
    Goal weight - 150 – 160

      Happy Friday everyone! Almost done with Induction. Yay on that. Planning to do a bunch of different workout things for the challenge tomorrow.

      Sherri, I don't know where July went either. Seems like the 4th was last week!

      Sarina, sound like you have great workout routines. I wouldn't worry about the 4#s too much. My weight fluctuates a whole lot in the course of ONE day. I used to weigh myself all the time (fascination with the digital scale when it was new) and learned that weight changes so much during the day and even from day to day. I guess now I'm not bothered by weight fluctuations. I do hate when it's on a high reading on weigh in day though. :/

        Hi Mizski!

        I hear you, those weight fluctuations can be crazy from moment to moment. I've noticed the last couple days in the morning I keep creeping up by a pound, it's probably just water weight or something nasty like that. I'll just be "workin' it out" through exercise and tightening up a bit in some of my eating areas/habits.

        Have a fabulous weekend girl and try to stay out of trouble...and if by chance you can't stay out of trouble...just be discrete!
