    Happy Thursday CC'ers,
    Wishing you all a great low carb Thursday.
    It's raining here today and in the 70's. What a pleasant change. Though I was going to do laundry and hang the clothes outside. I'll just clean the house today. That will count as my exercise. LOL

    Not a bad day here...sun is out, wind has died down Have walked the dogs, need to run in to the city for a few hours, then back out here to the lake to enjoy this decent weather, good (Atkins friendly) food, exercise, fresh air, friends and good books I'm really starting to notice the weight loss...I caught a glimpse of my calf this morning and did a double-take...I didn't recognise it (its smallish!). This WOE rocks!

      Raining puppies and kittens here!! But supposed to be nice this weekend (hoping)...I have been not being as good as I should be and have as of 1 am last night decided that I am going to do my program in two week increments (2 weeks induction over and over again) and see if that breaks it up more for me. I am trying to find space in the house to move my treadmill in out of the garage...I want to start walking more and think that if it were in my face more that I would use it more (hoping)...Just took a handful of vitamins (something I have not been doing religiously) and hope that helps with my energy levels. Part of my problem is trying to get too creative and playing around with the foods instead of keeping it simple...I am not truly keeping track of my carbs like I should and just 'winging' it and I need to stop that right now!! Basically I have been eating what I am allowed and now counting at all! I started doing that when I was making creations and not wanting to put it all into fitday. But if I just keep it simple for now and focus on counting and staying on track with my walking, counting, water and take those durned vitamins I should be ok right???
      The time is now, not tomorrow, not yesterday...NOW! grrrrrrrr (sorry just mentally kicking myself in the behindy)

          I just discovered fitday! I plugged in what I ate today, made a food profile for my shake. I'm editing my diet and trying a few new foods(strawberries, there was this display in the store...Ah, still feels like cheating!). So I guess its not really extended induction this week. Saddly, its after induction for me. I gained a pound and am just hoping it'll go away and I'll break even for the week. I don't loose for awhile after induction usually. I'm really simple with the food so it'll be easy to use fitday. I know it would bore most people to tears, but I really like simple. Since my sister moved in with her stuff, I avoid the kitchen clutter. But I haven't tracked anything in ages. My diet had drifted into trouble and I'm straightening it all back out. It'll be nice to see what's going on with my diet useing fitday. Went shopping, got in some walking. Tomarrow I might need to do the cleaning thing too. Good to see everybody and hear what's going on with you guys!



          My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

          1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
          2nd mini goal: 140!
          3rd mini goal:135!
          4th mini goal: 130!

          I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

              I bought an upright stationary bike and put it right in the living room - It takes up way less room than the treadmill (which is still relegated to the basement). I can't avoid it, plus I can watch TV while I ride I know what you mean about Fitday...it can be tough. I limited myself to one or two new recipes a week - and made myself enter them before I made the recipe...
