On the positive side, I had a whooshie finally last week and lost 3 lbs! (after only losing 1 lb a week for the past couple of months)
I didn't eat as many berries and cream last week nor any melon, so I am wondering if that was slowing my weight loss. Ugh, I do so love these. Maybe I need to go back down a rung. I'm going to limit my berries/melon again this week and see what happens.

This has got to be the longest Monday in history. The first day of school...and it's finally over. I have fried chicken (parmesan) cooking now and then we'll all hit the sack early.
