              Did you measure yourself? You'll find yourself losing inches right along with the pounds. It's fun to keep track.

                Thanks for the welcome! I'm not measuring myself, but I am enjoying my clothes getting loose I did all the measuring in the past but for now, I'm just focusing on feeling better and becoming more energetic and less lethargic. My current battle is restless legs stopping me from sleeping - I get it from exercising. I hope my doctor can help since tylenol isn't helping and I really need some good sleep. Right now I'm enjoying "fried" chicken dipped in a bit of blue cheese dressing. I cut a chicken breast into cubes and cook it on high heat in a little butter, browning it good. Then when it is cooked, I add some shredded cheese to the pan with the chicken and fry it till the cheese gets crispy around the chicken. Totally yummy!
