    Hello CC'ers, and Happy Labor Day to those that celebrate it! Yes, its me...again I snuck in late last night and checked in on Sundays roll call. I came back a few weeks ago and then went off and disappeared again. Well I have no excuses anymore except I was being hard on myself and sabotaging every attempt to get back on track. Last night I finally got pissed off enough at myself. I totally wasted all that hard work I had been doing since February and I am so damn tired of failing and then a year later saying to myself "oh if I just would of kept it up this is how much I would of lost by now!" NO MORE! The cycle ends here! I am sick of it! So this morning I had my scrambled eggs, got all my supplements ready for the day, and drank about 40 oz of water so far. Here's to a new start and a new day!
