    I wonder about that sometimes. I expected more on the local news this morning but there was just a brief mention. I was in Washington, DC that morning and so it is something I will never forget. Lost a dear friend who worked in the Pentagon too.

    Today is a quiet, rainy day here. Mr. Ski is at the other house so I'm all alone and was free to do my Zumba and try out my new Dancing with the Stars Wii "game" with abandon!

    Been looking at some new menu ideas and still missing lentils. It's cold enough to be soup weather here so it's time to start thinking about those type foods. I've been looking over my recipes to see which ones can be made Atkins friendly for the rung I'm in.

    Tried to get up some motivation to do some painting (want to repaint the rooms). It's 5 pm now so that's not happening today. LOL

      Hi Kath, Mizki and all CC'ers that check in.
      Yes, praying for the victims and their families on this memorial day of 911. Such a tragedy and an unfortunate one that people seem to forget only so quickly. God Bless America!
      Beautiful day here in the Great Northwest. We're having a heat wave. Geez. Must be Indian summer kicking in.
      Today is day 6 cheat free and second day of working out on my gazelle. Feeling pretty darn good indeed. Checked last night and ketosis is a reality for me and am feeling the wonderful effects there of. Daaaaang I feel good! Life is good!
      Get out there and move people! Drink your water and make healthy choices. Watch protion sizes and remember, You're in control!

        Hi, late check-in for me today.

        9/11 is definitely not forgotten...I'm in Canada and heard many references to it in the media, and it was on my mind all day, even if life went on and I didn't talk about it much.

        Crazy day...not much exercise, but eating was on track
