  • CC Roll Call ~ Sept 20-09

    Gooooood day everyone!!!!

    How's everyone doing and what sort of exercise activity do you have planned for today?

    I'm feeling quite under the weather right now but I hope to log 30 minutes on my stationary bike, do some upper body weight training, some abs workout and maybe some Turbo Jam....seeing that my lungs are pretty tight.....I don't know if I'll make it through the Turbo Jam but I'm going to give it my all!!!!!!

    Lets make this a great day everyone...remember to eat everything you're suppose to, get in the proper amount of water and remember to fit some form of exercise into your routine today....you won't be sorry!!!!!

    Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
    April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
    Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
    1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
    2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
    3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
    4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
    5th major goal met - My 1 yr. Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day
    Current weight – 174 lbs.
    Goal weight - 150 – 160

    I'm chroniclly lazy. Can't I just starve it off? Really, PLEASE! I'm going to go walking tomarrow. I don't mind it when I'm doing it, just the getting to it.



    My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

    1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
    2nd mini goal: 140!
    3rd mini goal:135!
    4th mini goal: 130!

    I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

      Keetje signing in again, starting back on Induction for the third time. I am going to keep on with this until I finally get this weight off. I could kick myself for falling off the wagon again, but I remember that it took me about 10 goes before I finally stopped smoking. So am not beating myself up too much.

      Exercise-wise as I am in day 2 of induction and have all the usual aches pains and awfulness that I get on the first few days of induction, exercise was not terribly high up my list of priorities today. However, I am going to walk the three miles into the office tomorrow, with a backpack containing all my work stuff such as the laptop, change of clothes etc.

        Hey! Its great to see you back Luck with that walk...those laptops are dead heavy!

        I'm here & on plan...ran around like a chicken all day today...does that count as exercise???

          Look at you!! 225 pounds - you are a heroine!

          Yes, in my book, running around like a headless chicken counts as exercise - I suppose carting a laptop around on your back counts as even MORE exercise.

          Weather is quite nice today, not raining and not too sunny, so I may well take the bike into the office.

          Better get going and get bike loaded up.

          Congrats on your weight loss, you give me hope!

            I am feeling great as far as inside healthy feeling is going. I am kind of stalled at 243 244 245 mode. It moves up and down and the end of the day it is 255. But in the morning it is one of those weights.

            I am happy with it and will keep on trucking... till later
