      Good morning! I did badly over the weekend – I just get so frustrated by my stale (and I know ‘cheating’ will not help with the stale!!) … anyway it is a new day and I am back on track!

              I'm baack! After 2 weeks of swine flu running rampant through my house, I'm back on track and feeling both pumped and like crap..lol. What do you expect, though? The good news is that 1) I didn't weigh while sick...why make it worse than it is and 2) I can still fit in the clothes I was wearing when all this happened.

              Now I get to deal with a whole other type of flu..lol. It's soo worth it, though, and I'm thrilled to be back!
