    How's everyone doing today? Have you started on the water yet?

    Water's been my biggest problem...especially when it's chilly. I'd prefer to have coffee or hot tea. *sigh* I'll chug it down some way or another.

    I did, however, manage to do 30 crunches. That's the most I've been able to handle since my hysterectomy, so I'm pretty pumped. Tonight I'll shoot for another 30 and keep on going until I'm back up the 500 per day that I was doing before I got so big.

    On the negative side...the scale was up a pound, but I don't see why. I'm following the plan and can finally see the changes in my body. Guess the scale will be put away for awhile so I can focus on what I can *see* vs what it may or may not tell me.

    Hope each and every one of you has a fabulous day. The weekend will be here in a blink!!

    Have you tried drinking hot water (boiled... not from the tap)? That might make a good alternative for cold weather days.



    I'm happy to report that I'm down two pounds from my previous low after flatlining for over a month. I'm pretty stoked today!

        It's been a loooooong time since I've been here. I just started back on Atkins this morning. I was gone for a few months and gained back about half the weight I had lost.

        I'm doing well so far today. I NEED to do this.
        Coming back to claim my life.

            Having some ups and downs but my weight seems about the same. Size is smaller though which is kinda weird. I want to hurry up, but my body is not going along with it. When I tried to quit smoking I munched on bad things so its not all my body's fault. There was a death in family so I ended up smoking again. But as bad as I want to get to goal weight, I want to get quit smoking too. So staying about the same is good for now. I guess I can get quit smoking before I can get to goal weight!



            My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

            1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
            2nd mini goal: 140!
            3rd mini goal:135!
            4th mini goal: 130!

            I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

              Weighed in but im the same today but im still really happy as it was day 7 of induction and a loss of 7lbs so far.Hi to all the rest of you enjoy your day.

                I'm nine pounds down, but I'm finding a bit of fluctuation in weighing daily but the scale seems to be my friend in keeping me motivated. I have to be drinking more water, I don't like to drink water so that is a big step for me...but I know it must be done. That will be my goal for tomorrow.
