    It's been a long time since I've started one of these... hopefully I have all of the necessary info in the title.

    Happy Wednesday folks!

    My goal for the day is to drink enough water, and do it EARLIER - I somehow manage to "forget" many days until late in the day, then have to really chug to try to get a reasonable amount in before I fall asleep. I gotta change that.

    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

      Im going to try and drink more water today and go for a walk to fit in the exercise.

        Get some exercise for me too, Sham. It's rainy and dreary here...looks like a nap kind of day. Of course, I'll end up doing a boatload of housework to boot. Guess that counts for exercise..lol.

            Good Morning Avery, Away2go,Sham Niko,Kagis and all CC'ers that checki in.
            Feeling pretty good this a.m. Today i'm going to slide back into my routine on my gazelle. Looks as though the cough has left me. I though it would never go. Darn flu bug.
            It's supose to be a drizzly day. I'm going to make the best of it and exercise indoors.
            Wishing all of you a fantastic Low Carb day.
            Make sure to fit some sort of exercise in (yes, housework counts),
            Drink plenty of water and stick to plan. You'll be reeping in the rewards.

              Hi CCers! Sort of cloudy here today but warm. Crazy weather...last week it was in the 30s during the day and tomorrow it is supposed to be 70!

              Been feeling awfully bloated and sluggish the past few days (the lymphedema in my leg is acting up too). Maybe it's too many recipes...don't know. I'm going to go back to eating rather plain for a few days and see if that helps.
