    Morning everyone -

    I did better on getting my water in earlier yesterday. Still need to see about starting back with my walking several times a week.

    Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006
    Started Atkins at 318 on 7/5/09

    MINI-GOALS
    1st - 299 - 9/1/09!
    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    Happy Tuesday Everyone!

    It's day 2 here and hoping to at least get 64 ozs of water in today.
    I am waiting for the weather to clear out so I can take a walk this afternoon.
    It's so much better to walk outside.

        Hi Tatersmom, Forrest and all CC'ers checkin in.
        I'm still here. not losing but not gaining either. That flu kicked my rear-end.
        Just now getting my strength back.
        Food, water is on plan. Need to get my rump in gear for exercise. Stop talk'in about it and just do it.
